Y wont google earth work?

i downloaded google earth but all the earth is showing up as is just a white ball so i deleted it and dowloaded it again and restarted my computer after downloading it and it still didnt work i have a mac if that helps does anyone know whats going on?

maybe your computer ahs a virus or is acting up try again tommorow if not get a tecnitian maybe your computer has something wrong try to fix it as fast as you can the virus will spread!!!!
