What software allows video chat on Google Talk platform?

You can do video chat from Gmail, however, I wish to do that from my Desktop (say Pidgin or Google Talk) however these do not support video chat for Gmail users... is there a software I can download on my Windows desktop which will allow me to video chat with a Gmail user?

You can video chat by downloading Google Talk, Trillian, Meebo, Ebuddy or if you have a Mac Ichat.
