Yahoo pages tool bar ---- where did it go?

Yahoo 7 version. The tool bar showing the icons for Home and Printer, the pull down for Page, etc., above and to the right of the viewing area has disappeared! No one clicked "Hide toolbar" and nothing referencing tool bar can be found in any settings/selections for the computer. Where did the tool bar go? How restore/recover it?

You don't need IE, get a better browser like Google Chrome, no need for toolbars.
