How do I access my favorites on google Сhrome?

How do I put all my favorites on Google?

  • My Internet Explorer quit working, comcast, microsoft cannot help me. Microsoft said I'd have to pay them, which is ridiculous. I have been using Google to access my Comcast.net homepage. I use Yahoo.com too, but it isn't my homepage and yahoo messenger. I do not have the file, edit, view, favorites or tools at the top of any of my pages. Even Google doesn't have that. What am I supposed to do if I just use Google instead of IE which used to have all of this. It is Microsoft's problem the IE8 which I've used for a long time. I run CCleaner, Internet Options to clean my pc all the time. I have Norton Internet Suite which came with my Comcast subscription. Everyone and all business transactions are done through Comcast.net. What do I do???

  • Answer:

If I were you I would use Chrome: http://www.google.com/chrome To transfer your favorites from Internet Explorer, I recommend that you first save them to disk: 1. Select File -> Import and Export. 2. Select Export and click on "next." 3. Select Favorites and click on "next." 4. Select the Save directory and click on "next." 5. Click on "finish" and your Favorites will be saved to disk. The file name of your favorites is "bookmark.htm": Keep that safe because you can use it to import your favorites into any other browser. If you just want to import your Internet Explorer favorites into Chrome: 1. Open Chrome and click the tools icon in the upper right corner of your current tab. The tools icon is represented by a wrench and is directly below the close out “X”. 2. Select Options 3. Click the Personal Stuff tab. 4. Click 'Import Data From Another Browser' and select the browser. 5. Select the appropriate boxes for the items you'd like to import. You can select to import your Favorites/Bookmarks, Search engines, Saved passwords, and Browsing history. 6. Click Import to bring your selected settings into Google Chrome. Note: If you are installing Google Chrome for the first time, during the installation process it will give you the option to import Bookmarks (favorites), saved passwords, and other settings, from Internet Explorer and any other popular browsers you may have installed in your computer, so just click "next" and all your favorites will be there when you open Chrome.
