Problem with hotmail and my browser?

Google Chrome Problems with Hotmail and Netflix...?

  • I am using the Google Chrome web browser and have noticed lots of problems with hotmail and netflix. When in hotmail, if I try and open an email I received, nothing happens; it's like the link doesn't even exist there. When I try and delete messages, I can select them with the little check, but I have to do that one at a time because "select all" doesn't work, and once I go thru all the trouble to select them, the delete button doesn't work. The same stuff happens with netflix, where it seems like some buttons/links just don't work. So far these are the only sites I've had problems with, but I'm sure that there are others out there that would give me the same troubles. Extra info: My computer is Windows Vista, I have Norton 360 installed, Java & cookies ARE enabled in my browser. A friend suggested that the problem might lie in the Norton, Java, or cookies, but I have switched these on and off and seen no change in the problem. Any help is useful! Thank you for answering!

Same thing is happening to me! I'm not sure what the solution is, but I've decided to use Firefox for those websites in the meantime. :( I'll check back here to see if someone has an explanation / solution.

Same with me. The issue started within the last week. The mouse pointer changes to a hand when I select an email to open, but clicking on it does nothing. IE & Fierfox work ok. I am using the latest Google Chrome on a fully up to date vista machine.
