Google Adsense and Search Engine application denied help?

My google adsense application was demied and now it wont let me re apply?

• okay heres what happened: i made a site....... applied for adsense god denied because my site was still under construction... fixed up my site then i tried to re apply be clicking on the link to do so in the email that ad sense sent me. but whenever i go to that link it says: Account Not Active An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as it is associated with an unapproved application. For more information about your application, please review the message we sent to the email address you provided with your application. PLEASE HELP!

  Ok, did you change the name of the site, cause most of the time people change their site names and don't updated with adsense. also were you telling people to check your site out? and did you tell them to click on the Add's? cause doing that will terminated your account.
