How does one push a search engine result off the first page of a google , or yahoo result.?

I contact the 2 website where i found both results. One website updated their web page, and it doesn't show anymore on a search of my name.The other site updated also but it still shows on the first page of results when i google my name. I want to move it back to like the fifth page.
