Why was I banned from Adsense?

Will my adsense account get banned?

• www.backupurl.com backs up URLs. so http://www.askdavetaylor.com/review_verizon_mifi_2200_cellular_wifi_base_station.html can be turned to http://backupurl.com/gsuy8c Its somehow like Google cache. and tinyurl.com as it caches the page and makes the URL shorter. i want it to also replace the ads with my adsense ads. so http://backupurl.com/gsuy8c will contain my adsense ads not the original author's. when some one goes to http://backupurl.com/gsuy8c they will the the original page, but if he/she clicks on an ad, i get the click because the originall ad was replaced with mine. (i'm neither telling anyone to click on any of the ads, not clicking on my own ads. The user is also aware of whats happening) But the question is: Will i get banned from Adsense for doing that?

  If your ads are on in the original page where you have content then its against AdSense TOS. You can't use frames or Iframes or layers. That can get you banned from AdSense.
