Gmail: How do you sort by last name?

Help with Gmail account?

• When I send an email from my account to myself , the sender says " me " on it. ( no big deal) Later I recieve spam that says the sender is from " me " on it but I never sent it and I do NOT send messages like these contain to myself or anyone else. I have tried the name on the account, when I send to anyone else it says my account name but not when I send to myself. If I try to block it, then My messages get blocked. My spam box fills up with e-mail reportedly from me but NOT from me. I've run spyware I continue to be spammed by "myself". Other than filtering all emails from "MyUsername' at gmail.com to trash, is there any way to block this sort of spam

  A bunch of people get spammed by themselves. Do you see the spam messages in your "Sent" folder? If not, then an automated spam software is randomly generating "From" names and e-mails.
