How do I put a calendar on my screen?

• i work at a company where the sales team keep putting events into google calendar that overlap. the reason this is bad is because there is 3 sales staff and if 2 go out for appointments at the same time then that means only one is left in the store. i have told them many times to always leave enough time for the other sales member who is already booked the appointment first to get back into the shop so there is always 2 sales staff in the shop at the 1 time. Is there a way of something popping up on there screen to tell them to schedule when they put a conflicting event in?

  If they are all accessing the calendar from the the same account the event will be there, but if they are just scheduling events back from the calender then you will get conflicting calender issues.
