How do you unblock someone on gmail?

Can someone explain these Gmail instructions please?

  • These are the gmail mail fetcher instructions on the gmail site and they are extremely unclear. I'm trying to transport all of my old email from one gmail account and trying to move it to a new gmail account without notifying anyone of my contacts. Here it google says to sign into one account and enable pop (done)... but then it says to sign into your other account and it doesn't tell you where to go to do the settings that it's saying to do! "First, please sign in using your secondary Gmail address, and verify that you have enabled POP access. (done) Next, please sign in with your primary Gmail address, and use the following settings to get mail from your secondary Gmail account: (Here is where I get confused... WHERE do I put in my username and all these things? I don't see anywhere I can enter them) Username: your full secondary Gmail address (ie, [email protected]) Password: your Gmail password for your secondary account POP Server: pop.gmail.com Port: 995 Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server: unchecked* Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail: checked *Although you must leave this option unchecked, it won't affect your messages. The option you selected for When messages are accessed with POP on the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab of the fetched address's settings page determines whether a copy of retrieved messages will remain on the server. Please check these settings for your secondary Gmail address if you're unsure. Please allow several hours to complete the initial message retrieval. If the problem persists, try changing your secondary Gmail account's password, and be sure to update your Mail Fetcher settings in your primary account. You can also try clearing the CAPTCHA."
