How do I create a dating site with Joomla? Never built a site before, what are my options?

I'm not really too tech savvy and don't how to design or develop a site. I am looking to build and launch a site and don't know where to start. I'd like to do this myself and not pay a professional thousands to be build it, but later on can hire professionals to upgrade and improve the site. Can someone offer me direction as to what programs, websites, and/or software I should use to start my project? I'm think Joomla, any advice, experiences about this?

Not to be negative Nancy, but... If you want to start a serious dating website, and you aren't a professional designer, you need to HIRE A PROFESSIONAL. Since you obviously have no clue how to start, you can't just have a few steps to learn, that's why people are paid big money to make websites. Also, even if you scrap together a crappy looking site, it most likely won't be secure at all.

The best way is searching for a dating software on the web and install it on your web hosting account.
