How would you search on google?

How do I Google search multiple websites?

  • For example, to search CNN.com for articles involving snowstorms, I would enter the following into Google: snowstorm site:cnn.com I want to know how to search multiple sites for snowstorms. So if I wanted to search cnn.com, foxnews.com, and news.yahoo.com for snowstorms in the SAME Google search, how would I do so? Additional Details NOTE: I want to search more than 1 specific website for something. It could be snowstorms, or anything, it doesn't matter. One would think that typing in the following into Google would yield such results, but it does not: snowstorms site:cnn.com site:foxnews.com Furthermore, this search does not work either: snowstorms site:cnn.com, foxnews.com So, how do I Google search multiple websites? AND HEY, IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER, THEN DON'T REPLY TO THIS QUESTION. I'M NOT LOOKING FOR INCORRECT ANSWERS HERE. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

  • Answer:

Try this string...works for me: related:cnn.com.snowstorms returns similar stories on different site
