How to move bookmarks from the toolbar to the menu bar in google chrome for mac?

Google chrome FINALLY added a bookmarks manager for the mac version, but I am so used to having my huge list of bookmarks (that I use very frequently) being in the menu bar on top (like in safari and firefox). Is there anyway to get switch the toolbar bookmarks and the menu bookmarks?

Not sure if I understand 100% what you are asking, but using CTRL+B will show/hide bookmark bar.
