Google Chrome =-How do you clean the cache?

I dont know if I am using the correct term for this - but on Internet Explorer, you get the option to clean your cache and history, I do not see how to do that or any type of clean up for Google Chrome or Mozzilla Firefox, Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks much..:)

Click CTRL + H and then press edit items. After click on clear all browsing data, then something will pop up. You will know what to do next.
