How do you get Google to correctly put your name first on a search for your company name?

A company with a similar name is getting ranked higher on Google than our OWN name...how do you get Google to correct that? this is for when someone Google's specifically our company name. this is happening on Bing too. www.allpointsfasteners.com

I'm pretty sure they go by the amount of hits each site gets. More hits means higher on the list. You have to contact Google directly. If they fix it Bing should follow suit.
