Gmail account password lost?

My Gmail account was taken, I need help getting it back.?

  • ok, so I lost my gmail account today, I tried to log onto it to get my new moon tickets I ordered. Sadly, No password worked. I went to do all the recovery stuff, unfortunately their process didn't help me. I never used that email to send emails to anyone. I just kept it to receive stuff. I had a lot of things I needed from that account that I saved. I went to their 'I lost my account' page, gave them all the info I could but they sent me an email saying they can't process my request, not enough info. Can someone give me a number to call or something, I know my old password, and when I went to reset my password, my Secret question, WAS IN CHINESE! after using googles translator it said what is your first number. I used every number, I ever had, ever! Didn't work. I need my account, I would desperately love if someone can help me. Thanks very much!

  • Answer:

Sorry, but you will have to create a new account. If the information which you supplied is not sufficient, then your account will not be returned to you in any case. It would not matter if you would speak to someone personally or not. Gmail is a free service. If you lost your password or in any way supplied an evildoer with your password and the recovery process was a dead end for you, then you can only create a new Gmail account. Sorry to bring you this bad news.
