My keywords were web designing mumbai, website designing mumbai, web designing bhuj, web designing gandhidham.For these keywords three weeks ago my website htp://www.webdesigning-mumbai.com came on 1st page then suddenly it disappeared.

Type in the domain in google to see if it is indexed if it is not then you can file a Reconsideration Request under Google Webmaster tools. As long as you aren't trying to use black hat methods of artificially boost your site they should reindex it.
