How do i change my default search from bing to google?

I have been hacked and my pc was shut down.I carried to Best Buy and they cleaned it.They set my search engine default to bing and i want to change my default back to google

If you use firefox then go to Tools then Options and where it says Homepage write www.google.com / If you use internet explorer go to Tools then Internet Options and write www.google.com where it says Homepage.
