Help! Google Chrome is having trouble accessing the network!?

• I recently made the stupid mistake to let my cousin use my laptop, he's done something to it and now google chrome isn't working! It keeps saying "Google Chrome is having trouble accessing the network. This may be because your firewall or anti virus software wrongly thinks that Google Chrome is an intruder on your computer and is blocking it from connecting to the Internet." I've already tried allowing it on firewall and my antivirus AND re-installed googel chrome and it still isn't working! Please Help! I really prefer google chrome and if I have to keep using internet explorer I'll go nuts!

  Just try a System Restore and choose a "Restore Point" on the calendar that occurred just prior to your cousin using the laptop. As long as it hasn't been over 30 days ( the maximum days stored by system restore ), you're fine. Just choose a particular day and time you know for certain was before your cousin used the computer, highlight that date/time, and then run System Restore. It should only take 10 to 15 minutes to complete, and any program changes that your cousin had made, should be reverted back to your settings before the restore point. The System Restore doesn't effect any personal files so it's very safe to use, and can be "undone" if the results produce other problems. That's why it's always a good idea to create your own Restore Point whenever you decide to "attempt" to change something. That way you can always return to the exact settings you had prior to any changes in programming. Hope this will help!
