Dont see information bar when trying to download?

i cant download software when i click download nothing happens the information bar dosent show

Answer:
If using a school, library, work computer, they most likely fixed the Windows Registry to block the Installer from starting. If a home computer and you have downloaded something before and now you can't then virus could have fixed it. If a home computer and you bought it from work without doing your own Windows installation then it is still setup as a work computer.
