How to make Google Buzz private?

My google+ account is suspended. How can i recover?? Suggest me....?

  You can't your account is under reivew. You have to wait for them to decide what to do. Or you can try to make the necessary chances like name, age or etc. Accordingly. If you spammed or did anything against the ToS its hopeless
