YouTube Google Adsense account disabled question?

I had my Google Adsense account disabled a while back and my appeal was denied so I was wondering if I start a new youtube channel could I get a new adsense account. The reason it was disabled in the first place is because I was an idiot and when ever I would check the comments on the video, I would let the ads on my videos run and then google emailed me saying it was disabled because of invalid activity. I make gaming videos and I would eventually like to get a partnership through Machinima or Yeousch or some other gaming network. I know a couple people who have gotten partnerships through Yeousch that have gotten a partnership on a new account after their old adsense got disabled, or got hacked (at least thats what they say). If you have any ideas on what I can do please answer this. Thanks!

Once they disable your adsense account it isn't likely they will give u another. if it is in someone else's name and u have a partnership them I guess that would work.
