Google Indexed URLs Going Down?

  • On August Google indexed url was about 6000, but it steadly went up to 12,000 in past 3 month, but now it starts to going down. Currently it is 9,000 and keeps descreasing everyday. Checked many SEO forums but can't find any reason for this. We haven't made much changes on site. Can anyone tell me possible reasons??

This is not a good situation. are those links or indexed URL? the only the URL willl be reduced is if you made changes to your website. Now for Text links, Google can penalize you if they think you sign up with known link farmers scheme etc.. ( Like buying links from every where) If you think known of these applies to you, you can set up an account with google webmaster tool and request a review
