How do I access my favorites on google Сhrome?

I lost all of my google chrome favorites!?

• first of all, despite the computers 101 statement above, i'm an intelligent computer user / programmer / web developer / graphic artist. i DO know my way around a computer, so whatever the answer is, i'll be able to handle it. ok. on with the question. my install of xp64 was giving me trouble, so i decided to create a new user. sometimes a user can accumulate too much "baggage" and will start causing problems. it is good once in a while to do this. it WORKED... but, some how or another, the old user got deleted in the last day or two. i did NOT go in and delete it. i have used it several times to get stored information i needed etc. i don't know what's up or why it decided to delete itself. the thing is, my google chrome had a LOT of favorites that i cant stand to lose. On this new xp user account, i do not have access to google chrome currently, and my internet explorer (which had SOME of the same favorites) doesn't have the favorites in it that i listed. i know how to get favorites from IE. but.. i do not know how to get favorites from chrome, or how to make it work on this new UA. any ideas?

  no worrys google making there monthly round to collect your favorite sites so they can target you with their ads, guess this time it went wrong though and they hit cut instead of copy
