How to add a new street on "Google Earth?

• I am unable to find the right google earth version to use the "pegman" symbol nor the "street view button" on the left side of the google earth page menu. Help please. Thank you. Sam

  It is possible that you do not have the right version of Google Earth. On Google Earth, go on the Help drop-down menu on top, and click Check for Updates. This will install the latest version of Google Earth. Once done, zoom in into the point where you want street view, and drag the "pegman" symbol on the point OR zoom in completely into the point. NOTE: If street view is not available in that area, it will automatically switch to ground view instead of street view
