How Do I Delete Internet Cookies And History On Google PERMANENTLY From My Hard Drive ?

• Ok I know its tools > clear recent history. But I know it's not ALL deleted because i used a program called "ccleaner". I scaned my pc and all my cookies and history was still there. how do i delete those? Is there a free program I can use to delete it?

  Airspacedog2 pretty much answered this question best for you. But what he mean't to say is "Reformat" your hard drive. Its free and it actually helps your computer move faster. Just go to your help menu on your computer and search format hard disk. It will walk you through the steps and once its completed...everything is permenantly gone. You can actually do this more than once safely if you ever need to delete something else.
