How will my Google Chrome/Firefox be able to read Korean?

How can this be true about Google? Interesting, plz read!?

• well, there is a local SEO company, well known and trusted in my city that says " They can get my site to be on first page of Google search" I choose 3 keywordss and if someone search this keywords on google my website will show on first page of Google. They says it will stay for a couple of weeks and after that it depends to the quality of your website and it may go down or stay forever. They charge $150 for this service. But, they do not need to access my website setting to change the links or meta tags or anything. The only thing they want from me is my website address and the keyboards I want and I have to give them 30 days delivery time. How this is possible and how they can do this when they DONT even log in into my website administration. They are 100% able to do it and done it for my people such as my brother's website but how they can do this? " First page of couple in less than one month" Any thoughts that how this could be done in 30 days without changing anything on my side such as meta tags and .......???

  While it's possible in some cases to get a ranking boost only by creating external backlinks, normally it's not so practical to try to accomplish it in just 2 weeks time, it's also not realistic to offer a flat rate for #1 ranking of any keyword, some are thousands of times more difficult to get ranked than others, a real SEO service would carefully research your keyword choices before quoting a price or promising ranking position. While some keywords have a couple thousand search results, other highly competitive keywords get millions of results, all of the page one results will have many hundreds of pages, thousands of links to the site and will be several years old, it's unrealistic for a new site to expect to force it's way onto page 1 for such keywords. Take care, in some cases links may be temporarily placed on high ranking web pages to temporarily achieve the massive rank boost, then removed after the SEO company are paid off. In some cases leaving a site in worse shape than it was before the seo campaign. Guaranteeing a certain increase in traffic or some number of srp position improvement would be more more realistic and credible than a #1 results for any keyword promise.. FYI around 32% of search clicks are on the #1 result, so it is a very desirable position. Unfortunately everyone is shooting for it.
