How do I resize the google search bar?

Pressing the "Back" button after searching threw google leading to EMPTY search bar in firefox or Google chrom?

  • Hi, when i do a search threw google and click on a result that i dont end up using i press on the "back" button and re-tool me search. the problem recently is that when i press back, the search bar is now BALANK. this is a problem is firefox / Google chrome, since i tried with with IE and the search was in tact after going back. I think it is a problem with my setting but im not sure which one, i am accepting cookies. if someone could point me in the right direction that would be a big help. Thanks

    If you're using IE6, try to change your IE setting as follow : tools->internet options->security->custom level->miscellanious->enable meta refresh -------- OR you can try to run ipconfig /flushdns in command prompt to register your dns again I believe it can be solved by using these solutions 0 of 5 people found this answer helpful. it's bcoz both firefox and crome have built in google........in crome type something in the address bar and press enter u will automatically be directed 2 google.com
