I've been banned from Adsense?

I was making money off my youtube videos through adsense and then got banned. this was about 4 months ago. I believe I can get a partnership on my new youtube account. Could I get away with making a new adsense (and how)? I never gave them my bank account anyways. Thanks

Possibly not as they are very good at making the connection between old and new accounts... you are only allowed one personal account and one business account if that information is of any use to you :-)
