What would make young bar hoppers want to use a mobile site with live bar cams?

• If you're 18-24 (I'm in Puerto Rico where the drinking age is 18), would you be interested in either of the following while you're out at night bar hopping: 1- a mobile optimized website that lets you access video feeds (no audio) to live cams at local bars so you can see the scene at each bar keeping in mind you have to have fast cell phone data speeds or you'll be waiting to load the videos 2- a mobile optimized website that lets you see realtime snapshots of bar cams that download quickly and an integrated Twitter feed where you can find out who's where, tweet to other bar hoppers where you're at and receive alerts from the site that announce bar events, drink specials, DJs, etc I think the idea of a mobile site that connects bar hoppers and helps you find the hot spots is cool, but I'm torn between the two approaches I listed above. I'm not in this age group anymore so I'd like to hear what you guys think! Thank you!

  Number 2 sounds cool but I feel like a site like this could be used for bad things. Like stalkers/predators.
