Is it legal to get paid by clicking ads?

I took the code from GoogleAdsense and put it on my website. How do I get $$ from ppl clicking on the ads?

  • How does Google Adsense know that my website has their ads on it? I had a friend click on the ads for me to see if it would register, but it hasn't said that I've made any money. What do I do? Thanks :)

    You cannot ask people to click on your Google ads because that would be violating the terms of Google. You can always monetize your adsense to make the ads suitable to bled with the color and design of your blog. Also place your advertisements in the hot sections of your blog that us above or below your posts title and place link units on your blogs to receive good clicks.
