How do I get my profile back to English?

My Google profile seems to be set as Greek not English, Anyone know how I can get it changed?

My language in language settings is set to English & every other Google related sites are in English except profiles.

Somewhere, you have something set to Greek. Poke around in all areas of your account(s) and make sure. It could be settings for search, your profile, your e-mail, your iGoogle, etc. You should be able figure it out, but if you can't, send a request to Google to help you fix it. Or go on a Google forum and ask the question. All these things can be found in your account and preferences menu(s) for Google.
