You don't.

Google has bots which crawl through websites, they then put the images on Google. If you want to upload your photos to share put them on: http://www.imageshack.us/ http://www.imagehosting.com/ And a quick Google on "image hosting" should bring you some more.

There is no option to upload images to google directly. First you host your own website (personal/blogs etc). In your website you can upload images, which will be indexed by google over a period of time (say 1 week). You can actually submit google few sitemaps of your website images, so that the indexing will be very accurate. When somebody searches for a image (say car.jpeg) and if your website also had a image by name car.jpeg, then your image will be displayed in the web search.
