Can you use ADSENSE on a livejournal PAGE?

I CAN'T ACTIVATE MY ADSENSE ACCOUNT ON MY NEW BLOGGER ACCOUNT NEED HELP?

Short description of problem: Upon logging into my newly created Blogger account, I go to the Earnings drop down (which then makes me go to the "older Monetize" button) where I am then brought to the page where it has two blue buttons giving the options of USE AN EXISTING ADSENSE ACCOUNT or CREATE A NEW ADSENSE ACCOUNT. I chose "USE AN EXISTING ADSENSE ACCOUNT", log in via email(username) and zip code but have also tried last 5 digits of phone number and continuously get this error. bX-xhw5u1 I do get an email each time that I do this with the heading of Google AdSense Access Verification for blogger.com Please help me get this resolved so I can get started :D

Do not know why you could not verify you account. Here's another solution: just copy the adsense script and post to your new blogger template directly.
