Any sites like fotosearch.com or videoblock.com?

• I like to make video's, and am looking for sites that have a wide variety of background music and other useful clips or music (like sound effects and all) that I can download. So far, I found fotosearch.com and videoblock.com; these sites are near exactly what I am looking for, but they cost to much for a college budget like mine. Idealistically I would like something that doesn't require that I have to register, but if anyone knows of any free sites that are similar to these, or sites that don't cost anywhere close to these it would be a HUGE help!
