Well your site is indexed in google. You are not going to appear anywhere near the first page for just adding title tags and meta tags. You should also upload pathauto module and correct your urls. You might have to update the ones you have already created. It shouldnt have domain.com/node/124 it should be domain.com/keyword/another-keyword and so on. Not just random keywords, but ones that fit, I assume you know that. Nobody seraches for digestive diseases research centers, 22 people a month search for digestive diseases center and 2.4k search for digestive disease. If youre number one you will see about 40-50% of that number. Not on the first page, the first position. Digestive diseases is a very competitive keyword. It wont be easy for someone to rank you for that keyword. So even if you hire someone, chances are they wont get you there. You should go for something else like 'diseases of the digestive system' That doesnt have a lot of competition and gets 3.6k searches a month. Theres others but I dont know what you want from your visitors, to educate them or get customers. I had a quick look but thats it. No one will help you get anywhere for free, in fact. I doubt many people would actually spend the time to write what Ive just told you.

You need more backlinks, meaning more SEO. You can set some keywords and title and aspect to rank in the first page. It takes time and a lot of work. I suggest you learn a little more about SEO.
