Why is Google font size really big?

Enlarging Google font size?

  • help, with the google email font size,i find it almost impossible to read and can see no way of enlarging it,please do not say set up my printer as this is nothing to do with item in question,i know i am a bit long in the tooth but this print size is rediculous,any help appreciated Guys or Dolls. blacksmith.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that you use Firefox because they seem to print just fine on IE. In the Firefox environment, check File->Page Setup->Scale. It should be set to 100% or thereabouts (adjust to your preferred size). Is "Shrink to fit page width" selected? If it is, un-select that option.

Simple Zoom larger (you can do it several times) Ctrl++ Zoom normal size Ctrl+0 Zoom smaller size (you can do it several times) Ctrl+- You can also use the scroll wheel of your mouse while you press Ctrl at the same time. But I find it a bit slower. You can also change the font name, style and size if you wish. In Google Chrome, click on the Wrench icon>Options>Select Under the Hood>Scroll down the sidebar to locate "Web Content">Under it, click on "Change font and language settings">Next to "Serif Font" click on Change>You can change either the name, style and size of the font. To do so, just scroll down to locate the right one, click it to highlight it and when you finish all required selections, click on OK>OK>Close.

Hold 'Ctrl' and use your scroll wheel on your mouse to scroll up. To reset the size press 'Ctrl' + '0'.
