How can I improve the search ranking of my site http://www.mysexclinic.com on google and other search engines?

    The presentation looks OK but there are a few typos and bad links. More specifically on SEO (search engine optimization): - Although Google doesn't seem to use them anymore, most search engines rely on meta keywords, which are not present on your pages. - You have no incoming links. You could start by submitting your site to directories. I want to point out that I'm surprised as I usually have much more points to list. Other than link building, using social bookmarking / networking services can sometimes help a lot. I'm just not sure how it would with a subject like yours though.
