How do u get a contact table like this?

How can i get my contact table to come back on myspace?

"> from an image hosting site like photobucket by using the HTML code. and use that as your 'add button' and like wise for you message also. You can also do the same with rest of the buttons in the contact box Example: <a href="http://tinypic.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i47.tinypic.com/291kwvs.jpg" border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a> Replace the tinypic url with the add or message url and change the alt tag to ADD ME or delete the alt tag.
