A question for anyone who's really good at making myspace layouts?

Ok so I want to make my own layout. But I was just wondering how do you make those little movie things on your layout. I'll show what I mean if you dont understand. Its really hard to explain, and it takes awhile to teach someone. Noone who makes layouts really share their information. Search google for a website that does it for you, and you pick the backgrounds. You can find just about anything you want.
