How to make your own myspace graphics?

i want to take the url from a picture on photobucket and make a myspace graphic with it but i cant find a website to do it with and i kno you can do it cuz i have before i just cant remember where. i dont want glitter graphics i just want some pictures from photobucket on my profile, can any1 help?

You don't need to go to another Site. Just copy and past the html code off of photobucket. Or... <a href=" -INSERT URL HERE- "> <img src=" -INSERT URL HERE- " alt=" -NAME- " /></a>
