How do you put a band picture on top of a band's myspace comments?

I see a lot of bands putting a picture on top of their myspace comments. Its like right before them as you scroll down the page, and it looks awesome! I don't really care for these bands... but here's what I'm talking about: http://www.myspace.com/dropdeadgorgeous http://www.myspace.com/rosewaymusic any help would be greatly apprectiated. especially if you could explain it really easily for me, haha.
