Is there any way to make pictures less blurry on myspace?

I am so confused on how people make their myspace profiles look this way?

• Okay, so I am seeing myspace layouts that have like scroll boxes with pictures in them. I know how to put pictures on my profile by using like tinypic and imageshack and such, but how do they make it so that the pictures don't take up the whole screen and just fit in a little box with a scrolly bar? Also, people have like cool backgrounds. Oh and also, people are having like desciptions (words) on the screen but it's not under like one of the "About Me" blue boxes, it's just there, how did they do that? THANKS!
