How can I change to a profile 1.0 on MySpace?

Editing myspace background for profile 1.0?

• my bf asked me to edited his profile background so i generated a code to paste in his profile and when i saved it, the old profile background was still in his profile and it never changed to the new one, i dont understand. i even went back to look for the old code but it was no where to be found it wasnt in "about me" "who id like to meet" "general" "music" "movies" "television" "books" or "heros". i even thought that maybe the code didnt work but i went on my myspace and pasted the code in a section and went to my profile and it changed, but it would change on his.... can anyone please help me to understand what im doing wrong here??? thanks. 10 points to best answer.

  delete any codes in the about me and try to put another code in. if you have 1.0 edit profile paste code in about me and save all changes, if you have 2.0 click customize profile, click no theme , click css paste code and click publish. if you have myspace 2.0 get the layout code for 2.0 if you have 1.0 get code for 1.0
