Can you help me with my myspace layout/background please idunno what im doing?

okay so im trying to make a myspace layout not really make one but i want it for my background but its not working I want http://www.hotfreelayouts.com/layouts/60083 that layout but instead of the back ground it has I want http://www.glitter-graphics.com/graphics/329565 that one..but i dont know where to put it and i tryed making it in the about me section but its says it wont work so i dont know what to do?
