Trying to change my myspace email address?

I'm trying to change my email address on myspace. It says that it sent my old email address a conformation link. I've been checking my old email address, and im not getting any email from myspace at all. I've checked my spam folder and everything. It's been about an hour since the first time it said it sent me the link, and ive had it resend it three times. Help?

log out of myspace and where ever you have your email with .. log out and re-log in and re try :)
