Want to change hotmail password but can't change it to secret answer?

I cant change my password on myspace and somebody knows it too how do i change it?

  when you get on: account settings>> password>> put it your current password, not the new one u want>> then new password, the new one you want>> verify you new password>> then be sure u captcha right {the letters that can be hard to read sometimes} the captcha is for no spamming
