How can i Make My Myspace Profile Look Like This?

i need to make my myspace look like this. http://s902.photobucket.com/albums/ac227/ishhsammyyyy/?action=view&current=Picture4.png (covered up everything for her protection.) she wont tell me how she did it and ive tried all the websites and i cant figure it out. and im not the sharpest tool in the shed with this stuff so could some one walk me through how she did this????
