Where do I post the code to remove my contact box on myspace?

I have the code to remove the contact box but there are no specifications on where to post it. Also where would the "insertfriendID" be? I'm a little confused on that part as well and what the friend ID is...Please help. A step by step would be much appreciated! Thanks!
